Mr. Donald H. Allen, President
Mr. Donald H. Allen is the President, sole shareholder, sole director, founder and owner of American Energy Resources and H&M Petroleum. After working in investment sales and learning the petroleum investment business from the ground up, Mr. Allen formed H&M Petroleum Corp., the Operator, in Colorado on February 28, 2002. He then founded American Energy Resources on May 5, 2005.
Mr. Allen personally manages all oil and gas exploration in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Texas on behalf of the Company and the Operator. His in-depth knowledge of field operations and ability to attract and secure working relationships with some of the best professionals in the petroleum industry has been instrumental to the success of the Company. Mr. Allen is a sought-after industry expert on domestic oil production vs. foreign oil production and what this means for American jobs and the American economy.

Mr. Richard Hall, Petroleum Geologist Mr. Richard Hall is an independent consulting petroleum geologist with 26 years of experience. His specialty is the mid-continent area (Kansas, Eastern Colorado, Northwest Oklahoma and Nebraska) and the southern Rocky Mountain region (Denver-Julesburg Basin in Colorado & Nebraska & Uinta Basin in Utah providing exploration and development geological consulting services and the generation of drilling prospects (predominately throughout the western ranges of Kansas and the Denver-Julesburg Basin). His geological expertise also includes evaluation of wildcat drilling prospects and brokering the sale of producing properties for select clients.
Mr. Hall has been responsible for the drilling of exploration and development prospects in Kansas and Denver-Julsburg Basin since 1986, resulting in eight oil discoveries and one gas discovery in Kansas. Four of the oil discoveries and the gas discovery were found on subsurface geology/well control and four of the discoveries were defined though 3-D seismic surveys. Mr. Hall has numerous 3-D seismic drilling prospects currently scheduled within the next 12 months.

Mr. Jerrold G. Norris (deceased)
Mr. Jerrold G. Norris, now deceased, was the Petroleum Geologist for American Energy Resources, and was instrumental in the creation of the company. In his 53-year career, Mr. Norris had conducted subsurface mapping and applied his expert knowledge of geology to the exploration of oil and gas properties, providing research-driven recommendations for hundreds of projects for numerous reputable oil and gas exploration companies.
Mr. Norris' extensive portfolio included over 30 years experience initiating and promoting oil and gas prospects, supervising the operations, drilling and development of oil and gas wells, and 25 years experience acquiring and purchasing leases and properties. Mr. Norris had extensive knowledge of the Denver-Julesburg Basin in Colorado, where several Company-sponsored programs have been successful. Mr. Norris began studying the formations in the DJ Basin in 1951 and had discovered oil fields for Sinclair, Sunray and Dyco Petroleum. Mr. Norris was a recognized expert in the oil industry and he is very missed.
